Mohammed Abdul Kowsor Choudhury, from Cyncoed, and his firm, Pine Greatest Ltd, have been fined a complete of £54,000, and ordered to pay an additional £10,000 in prices, when the case was heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court docket.
