A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police informed WalesOnline: “Police had been known as to Freshwater West seashore shortly earlier than 4.55pm on Saturday, July 19, following the invention of a suspected unexploded ordnance shell.
“The realm surrounding the suspected shell was secured and the B4319 at Freshwater West was closed till the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) group made the shell secure.”
