Moore Kingston Smith has expanded its restructuring and insolvency capabilities with the acquisition of CBW Restoration, a London-based insolvency partnership led by Joe Colley.

The deal brings two licensed insolvency practitioners and eleven professionals from CBW Restoration into Moore Kingston Smith’s restructuring and insolvency crew.

The transfer strengthens the agency’s presence within the nonprofit sector, the place CBW Restoration has a robust status, and provides capability throughout the complete spectrum of insolvency appointments and advisory work.
