Business reacts to UK-US AI infrastructure offers

The second state go to to the UK from US President Donald Trump has included a flurry of main bulletins from American tech companies placing important capital into Britain, largely in help of its AI infrastructure.

Among the many high bulletins have been an £11bn dedication from NVIDIA, a $30bn dedication from Microsoft, an extra £1.5bn from CoreWeave and £5bn from Google, all of which have been in help of information centre and AI infrastructure.

The bulletins have spurred a largely constructive response from the tech and enterprise communities, with the sheer dimension and ambition of the partnerships and investments being significantly celebrated.
