Client group Which? has launched authorized motion in opposition to tech big Qualcomm accusing the US chip agency of anti-competitive behaviour.
The case can be held within the Competitors Attraction Tribunal on Monday and is predicted to final 5 weeks.
Which? has alleged that Apple and Samsung, two main clients of the corporate, had been compelled to pay unfair costs for Qualcomm chips and providers, with the inflated price being handed on to the buyer.
