Synthesia valued at $4bn after new funding spherical, stories say

London-based AI startup Synthesia has closed a $200m (£151.7m) funding spherical that has valued it at $4bn, based on stories.

Sources near the corporate reportedly informed Forbes that present Synthesia investor Google Ventures (GV) led the spherical.

A valuation of $4bn would place the corporate near probably the most worthwhile AI companies within the nation, surpassing autonomous driving software program agency Wayve, at the moment valued at $3bn.

Synthesia, recognized for its reasonable human-like AI generated avatars, has seen speedy progress in 2025. The agency raised £146m in a funding spherical in January and since then has seen its annual recurring income (ARR) skyrocket previous $100m (£76m).

Co-founder and chief govt Victor Riparbelli stated in a social media publish on Wednesday that the corporate achieved $2m in ARR in a single day earlier this month. Synthesia claims its know-how is utilized by over 90% of Fortune 100 corporations, together with Zoom, Bosch and Heineken.

In July the corporate opened its new London headquarters, a 20,000 sq ft workspace opened in a ceremony attended by Mayor of London Sir Sadiq Khan and Enterprise Secretary Peter Kyle, then serving as head of the Division for Science, Innovation and Know-how (DSIT).

Earlier this month noticed stories that Adobe had mentioned plans to amass Synthesia in a $3bn deal that was finally rejected.
