In an announcement, Cheshire Police stated: “Police trying to find a lacking man in Chester have sadly discovered a physique. William Webb was reported lacking on Sunday 23 November, having final been seen within the Northgate Avenue space of Chester at round 4am that morning.
“Searches for the 21-year-old had been ongoing since his disappearance, and sadly on Monday 24 November, officers situated a physique within the Shropshire Union Canal.
