Dame Angela Eagle, lately appointed as a minister within the Division for Setting, Meals and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), has declared the federal government’s dedication to the agricultural tech sector.
In her first public look since being named Minister of State for Meals Safety and Rural Affairs within the cupboard re-shuffle earlier this month, Eagle mentioned that is an “thrilling time” for the sector, which she mentioned can yield “better progress, better profitability for our farmers, and resilient meals programs on this unstable period”.
