Director dealings: Foxtons chairman acquires shares

Foxtons chairman Nigel Wealthy acquired greater than £27,000 price of shares within the London-based property company group on Friday 24 October.

Wealthy, who was appointed chairman of the corporate in November 2021, changing long-serving Ian Barlow who had confronted criticisms over salaries and dividends, purchased 50,000 strange shares in Foxtons on Friday, at a worth of 55p, spending a complete of £27,500.

Business veteran Wealthy was labelled “an excellent candidate” on the time of his appointment in 2021 by Alan Giles, a senior unbiased director at Foxtons, who was eager to spotlight his “intensive expertise with listed corporations” in the identical sector.

Foxtons shares had been up 3% yesterday at 56.6p.
