A widely known Norwich businessman and property agent, Alan Gordon Ebbage, has died aged 103.
From the late Nineteen Fifties to the mid-Eighties, Ebbage was one of many metropolis’s most distinguished property figures, recognized for his entrepreneurial method and progressive advertising and marketing.
Born in Norwich in 1922, he left faculty at 14 to work as an workplace boy earlier than serving within the Royal Air Pressure throughout the Second World Struggle, stationed in North Africa and Italy.
After qualifying as a Fellow of The Auctioneers and Landed Property Brokers, he launched his personal enterprise from his dad and mom’ residence in 1950 earlier than forming Potter and Ebbage, and later establishing A G Ebbage in 1958. Alan Ebbage died on 20 Octoberat St John’s Care House, Norwich.
