Hire Good Wales has been described as a “cornerstone of housing regulation” because the nationwide landlord and agent licensing scheme marks its tenth anniversary.

A decade on from its introduction beneath the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, the scheme has registered greater than 216,000 rental properties and over 102,000 landlords. It has issued greater than 50,000 licences and delivered coaching to greater than 200,000 individuals.
