Landlord scheme launched in Scunthorpe after false begin

A selective licensing scheme in Scunthorpe has launched following a failed landlord problem.

Landlords within the Crosby & Park and City wards should now have a license to lease their properties, costing a complete of £995 over a course of 5 years.

The disclosing of the scheme hasn’t been easy, because it was initially attributable to launch on 20 March however was delayed after the Crosby Landlords’ Affiliation challenged the price of such a scheme.

It’ll run till March 2030.
