Main Lindsey and former affiliate Gita F. Sankano, who’s Black, filed a stipulation of dismissal with a federal courtroom in Maryland on Might 22, Law360 experiences. The events have been “in a position to resolve the matter,” a lawyer for Sankano informed Law360 with out disclosing phrases.
