Nexus Enterprise Companions (Nexus), a Silicon Valley enterprise capital agency investing in early-stage startups within the US and India, has closed Nexus Ventures VIII, a US$700 million fund centered on AI, enterprise software program, shopper and fintech corporations on the inception, seed and Collection A levels.
The fund contains long-standing restricted companions who’ve supported the agency since its early years.
Based by entrepreneurs and engineers with technical and working expertise, Nexus has constructed a two-decade observe file as an early-stage investor.
The agency has backed greater than 130 corporations and recorded over 30 exits, together with a number of IPOs.
Its portfolio spans AI infrastructure, developer platforms, open-source applied sciences, AI brokers, shopper companies and fintech.
In an announcement, Nexus companions mentioned:

Nexus invests throughout the Bay Space and India, two of the world’s largest startup ecosystems, supported by its community and operational expertise in each markets.
The agency says this method positions it to assist founders constructing corporations throughout these geographies.
