Olea Raises US$30 Million Funding Spherical Backed by BBVA, SC Ventures

Singapore-based commerce finance platform Olea has raised US$30 million in a Collection A funding spherical.

The spherical was led by BBVA, with participation from XDC Community, theDOCK, different buyers and present shareholder SC Ventures.

The corporate stated the capital will help new capabilities, together with synthetic intelligence, Internet 3.0 and embedded finance.

Olea plans to scale its origination actions throughout key markets, supported by its community of institutional funding companions.

The fairness spherical follows a separate funding facility introduced in November 2024.

That facility was organized by HSBC and Manulife | CQS Funding Administration.

Olea operates an institutional-grade commerce finance platform and holds a Capital Markets Companies licence from the Financial Authority of Singapore.

Since launching in 2022, it has facilitated greater than US$3 billion in financing.

The corporate works with over 30 institutional funders and serves greater than 1,000 suppliers and consumers throughout greater than 70 commerce corridors.

BBVA stated the funding would help Olea’s growth throughout Europe, the US, Latin America and Asia, with collaboration deliberate on digital provide chain options and danger analytics.

SC Ventures reaffirmed its backing and stated it’s exploring additional work in digital belongings and synthetic intelligence.

XDC Community cited tokenised and stablecoin-based commerce flows, whereas theDOCK pointed to new partnerships in maritime logistics.

Olea is headquartered in Singapore and was based with funding from SC Ventures and Linklogis.
