The physique of a person has been recovered from a dock in South Wales. Following a name from a member of the general public this afternoon (Monday, December 22) police recovered the physique from Barry Dock and an investigation has been launched.
The identification of the person has but to be confirmed as inquiries are ongoing. A name was made to the emergency companies at 1.48pm on Monday afternoon, with police and the Welsh Ambulance Service in attendance.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police mentioned: “The physique of a person was recovered from the water in Barry Dock following a name from a member of the general public at 1.48pm as we speak.
“Police inquiries are ongoing to determine the person and an investigation into the circumstances is underway.”
