Renewable vitality group Venterra secures £40m funding

Venterra Group, a renewable vitality agency specialising in wind energy ventures, has secured a £40m funding.

Based in 2021 by Ayman Asfari, who previously ran the multinational oilfield companies agency Petrofac, Venterra has been buying specialist firms creating know-how and options within the renewables sector.

The fairness funding contains backing from Common Atlantic by way of its BeyondNetZero enterprise, First Reserve and different present shareholders together with Asfari.
