The Forces in Enterprise Awards, the celebration of ex-military in second careers, has shortlisted two people working in property company.
Noel McGonigle of Savills and LSL’s David Graham have been shortlisted for Forces in Enterprise Chief of the Yr 2025.
McGonigle has been with Savills since 2014, having spent the early a part of his profession within the Royal Air Power Regiment. He has been shortlisted for Advocate of the Yr – Particular person.

The Forces in Enterprise Awards is the world’s largest platform devoted to recognising the achievements of navy veterans in second careers. After leaving college at age 17, Graham joined the RAF, serving for six and a half years in South Wales, Lincolnshire, and Germany. The expertise turned a defining chapter in his life and later fuelled twenty years of success in senior roles at main UK and international manufacturers, together with Costa Espresso and Pret A Manger.
In March 2023, Graham joined LSL Property Company Franchising as director of operations, enjoying a pivotal position in main the organisation by means of a big transformation to a totally franchised mannequin, a transfer that has reshaped the way forward for the enterprise.
