✅ Listings (New to Market)
36,900 new listings this week (Up from 36.7k final week)
YTD listings are 4.7% increased than 2024 YTD and seven.7% above the 2017–19 YTD common (968k YTD vs 924k in 2024).


✅ Worth Reductions
27,500 reductions this week (Up barely from 26.7k)
That’s 1 in 7.1 houses in the marketplace being lowered month-to-month (14.1%)
For context:
• 14% in June & 13.4% in Might
• 12.1% common in 2024
• Lengthy-term 5-year common: 10.6%.

✅ Gross sales Agreed
26,600 houses bought STC this week (↓ from 27.5k final week)
YTD agreed gross sales:
• 7.7% up on 2024 (691k vs 641k)
• 15.6% up on pre-Covid common (600k in 2017–19).


✅ Promote-By Price (June, in arrears)
15.3% of properties in the marketplace went SSTC in June
That’s up from 16.1% in Might
2024 common: 15.3%
8-year common: 17.9%.

✅ Sale Fall-Throughs

19,900 internet gross sales this week (↓ from 21.0k final week)
Weekly common for 2025: 20k
YTD Internet Gross sales:
• 529k in 2025
• +5.7% on 2024 YTD (500k)
• +10.7% on 2017–19 YTD (478k).


✅ % Probability the Residence will Promote
June stats confirmed 49.1% of UK Houses that left the property brokers books in June 2025, exchanged contracts (ie the agent received paid and the house moved on completion), the remaining 50.9% left property agent books, unsold and house owner staying of their house.
NB – this June stat will change all through July as extra datas comes by means of.


✅ Inventory Ranges (For Sale and Gross sales Pipeline) – 1st of the Month
758k houses in the marketplace at the beginning of June – 8.3% increased than July 2024496k houses in Property Brokers gross sales pipelines – 4.9% than than July 2024.


✅ Home Costs (measured by £/sq.ft)
£346.45/sqft on Gross sales Agreed in June 2025 – 2.46% increased than June 2024 and 1.48% increased than June 2022.


✅ Rental Stats
June 2025 with a median lease of £1,826 pcm (June ’24 determine £1,758)
