33.7k new listings this week (Up from 33k final week).
YTD listings are 4.1% greater than 2024 YTD and 6.9% above the 2017–19 YTD common (1.10m YTD vs 1.06m in 2024 YTD).
✅ Value Reductions
22.7k reductions this week (down from 23.5k final week).
That’s nonetheless only one in 7.1 properties in the marketplace being decreased month-to-month (14.1%)
For context:
- 14.1% in July, 14% in June & 13.4% in Might
- 12.1% common in 2024

26.9k properties bought STC this week (up from 26k final week)
YTD agreed gross sales:
- 7.5% up on 2024 (796k vs 741k)

Takeaway – Gross sales are up, but inventory ranges are up. Better selection of properties on the market.
✅ Sale Fall-Throughs
6,337 fall-throughs final week (from a 512k SSTC pipeline (items)).
Fall-thru price as % of product sales: 23.6% (down from 24.4% final week).
Barely higher than the long-term common of 24.2%, and much beneath post-Truss chaos ranges (40%+).
✅ Internet Gross sales
20.6k web gross sales this week (Up from 19.7k final week)
Weekly common for 2025: 20k
YTD Internet Gross sales: 608k in 2025 which is 5.8% forward of 2024 YTD determine of 574k and 10.6% up on 2017–19 YTD (551k).

July stats confirmed 51.2% of UK Properties that left the property brokers books in exchanged & accomplished contracts (ie the agent bought paid and the house moved on completion), the remaining 48.8% left Property Agent books, unsold and home-owner staying of their house.
